Mr. Lucas attended Eastern New Mexico University where he completed his studies in Civil Engineering Technology and Machine Design, graduating in 1978. Continuing Industrial Management programs were undertaken at Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His career spans more than 35 years of construction experience in positions ranging from Design Engineer; Superintendent; Field Engineer; Project Manager; and Senior Project Manager for nationally recognized Construction Management Firms and General Contractors.

Mr. Lucas’s expertise is in estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, subcontractor management, quality control, budget management. Mr. Lucas has overseen the successful start-up and completion of New and Renovation projects ranging in value from $500,000 to $80,000,000. Those projects included Schools, Healthcare, Apartment Living, Retail Space, Industrial and Office Space.

Mr. Lucas is a certified LEED, AP professional, COE QCQM professional and OSHA 40 certified, and is a member of the International Code Council, Vietnam Veterans, and the American Legion.

 Mr. Miller attended Long Island Technical Institute, N.Y. where he completed his studies in Architectural and Building Technology. Continuing education programs were undertaken at University of Wisconsin, School of Engineering, Madison, Wisconsin and various Code Seminars conducted by the Standard Building Code Congress and the National Fire Protection Association. Mr. Miller also holds a Certified Class A General Contractors License. His career spans more than 45 years of construction experience in positions ranging from Field Engineer; Project Manager; Structural Engineering Coordinator and Contract Administrator for two nationally recognized multiple disciplined engineering firms; to independent construction consultant for the lending community. During his tenure with the engineering firms, he was a member of the design group for many of the nationally recognized office and government facilities in Washington, D.C., such as L’Enfant Plaza East and L’Enfant Plaza West.

Prior to forming Lloyd Miller & Associates in 1988, Mr. Miller was Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Construction Analysis Systems, Inc. Since 1972, Mr. Miller's credentials have become well-known in the lending community, with his personal involvement in the evaluation and monitoring aspects of new construction, existing properties, distressed projects, and under-performing properties.

Mr. Miller is a professional member of the International Code Council (ICC), a nationally recognized building code organization and has been a member of the National Fire Protection Association. Other associations are Commercial Real Estate Investment and Development; International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and US Green Building Council (USGBC) via LinkedIn.

Mr. McIlveen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Business Administration in Management at Wayne State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Connecticut. As an Engineering Consultant, he has experience with a wide variety of mechanical engineering systems and management operations and controls. He has performed as Chief Mechanical Engineer on Federal Projects. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers.

Mr. Castin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Architecture. Mr Castin is a registered Architect in the state of Georgia. His experience includes the coordination of projects and management of architects and engineers from the conceptual design stage through construction administration for a multi-disciplined firm. Primary projects of Mr. Castin’s include new large commercial and retail shopping centers; renovation, relocating and designing new fast-food restaurants and drugstores across the United States; small office buildings; and schools.

Mr. Buchberger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. He is a Registered Engineer in 13 states. His 12 years of business experience includes the design and construction management of numerous commercial, institutional, and residential projects locally and regionally. His experience began as a Project Manager at a large Atlanta based Mechanical Contracting Firm. He continued his experience as a designer and Engineer at several Architectural and Engineering firms in the Atlanta area.
